PERFECT FOR: Anyone who's ready to notice the inner narrative running their life and start editing it.
You don't see the world as it is. You see it as your mentality is.
Mentality is the underlying set of beliefs, patterns and default interpretations that shape how you experience everything else before you've even consciously thought about it.
It's the lens, not the picture. Two people can face the identical setback and walk away with entirely different meanings. One sees confirmation of their limits, the other sees information for their next attempt. The event was the same but the mentality determined the experience.
Most people never examine their mentality because it feels like truth rather than pattern. "I'm just not good under pressure." "Things never work out for me." These don't feel like beliefs; they feel like facts about reality. But they're not facts. They're narratives absorbed early, rehearsed often, and these narratives can be edited.
In practice, working with your mentality looks like:
Catching the automatic interpretation before you accept it as truth. Asking "is this a fact, or a pattern?" Noticing when your inner narrative is protecting you vs limiting you. Choosing, deliberately, which stories about yourself you keep rehearsing.
TL;DR: Change the lens, and the whole picture changes with it.
An Affirmation For You.
My thoughts are not facts. They are patterns I can choose to change.
