COLLECTION: Wellness in life

PERFECT FOR: Anyone who feels guilty for changing or for wanting different things than they used to.
Growth is expansion. Evolving is letting go of who you were to become who you're becoming.
Evolve is the ongoing, sometimes uncomfortable process of genuinely becoming someone new, not adding more to who you already are, but actually letting parts of the old version go.
Different from Growth, which is more about expansion: building capacity, adding skill, moving forward. Evolving is deeper and harder because it requires release, not just addition. It means the person you were five years ago might not recognise the choices you're making now. It means outgrowing relationships, beliefs, even identities that used to fit and simply don't anymore.
Many people resist evolving because it feels disloyal to their past self, to the people who knew that version of them. But staying the same to avoid disappointing others isn't loyalty. It's just quiet stagnation with a kinder name.
In practice, honouring your evolution looks like:
Giving yourself permission to want different things now than you did before. Recognising you don't owe anyone the old version of you. Noticing when you're staying the same out of loyalty to the past rather than truth. Letting the discomfort of becoming be part of the process, not a sign something's wrong.
TL;DR: You're allowed to change. You don't need permission, just the willingness to actually let go.
An Affirmation For You.
I am allowed to outgrow who I used to be.
